National Assembly on 18 January 2024 passed the new land law
The National Assembly on 18 January 2024 passed the new land law, which will become effective 1 January 2025.
The new law includes changes regarding:
- Land valuation methodology
- Combined land classifications and usage
- Conversion of land rental payment terms from lump-sum to annual payment
- Bidding structure
- Definition of “economic organizations with foreign capital”
- Site clearance
- Social housing
