OUR BUSINESS RESOURCE GROUPS
An Integral part of our DEI Strategy
KPMG's Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are a key component of our DEI strategy, bringing together partners and employees of all ages and backgrounds to support our mission of fostering inclusion in the workplace and marketplace. DEI is foundational to everything we do as a Chicago office. Diversity of thought and perspectives leads to higher performing teams and business results. Our clients are faced with multi-dimensional business challenges that often times require non-traditional solutions. Building an inclusive workplace that welcomes different perspectives is critical to our ability to meet the needs of our clients, accelerate the growth of our business, and have a workforce that mirrors the greater Chicago community.
