M&A lead advice and valuation

We assist you throughout the entire transaction process. From supporting you in defining your M&A strategy, identifying potential buyers in the case of a sales process or suitable acquisition targets in a buy-side process, to the deal execution until the closing of a transaction into integration or separation support after the deal has closed.

During the execution of deals, we help with company valuation, coordination of the whole transaction process, coordination with sellers or buyers and support during negotiations until a final SPA can be reached.

Due diligence

The successful purchase and sale of a company, a business division or a portfolio of assets requires extensive transparency regarding the opportunities and risks in all phases of the transaction.

Our multi-disciplinary teams advise clients in the context of acquisitions (buy-side due diligence) and disposals (fact book, vendor assistance, vendor due diligence) in the analysis of corporate information covering all areas (i.e. financial, commercial, tax, regulatory & compliance, IT and pension due diligence, etc.) and provide you with a holistic view of your transaction. Thus, you will be accompanied from the pre-purchase evaluation, through the analysis and structured preparation of the existing information, the holding of investor meetings and management presentations to the implementation of the results of the due diligence stipulated in the contractual documents.
