Guido is a member of the Deal Advisory team within Financial Services Consulting. He has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border M&A and due diligence engagements as well as separation and integration projects in Financial Services.
In his role, Guido has gathered profound knowledge of M&A processes, project management, key due diligence considerations and other transaction-related issues facing buyers and sellers. He advises clients throughout the deal life cycle.
Guido specializes in private banking and asset management and is co-author on the annual publication “Clarity on Swiss Private Banks”.
