Yi-Xin Tseng

Yi-Xin is a Director in Corporate Tax and leads the real estate tax practice in Western Switzerland.

Yi-Xin has spent her career within Big Four companies since 2005, enabling her to gain sound knowledge of international and Swiss tax aspects when structuring national, international and multinational organizations.

She has consolidated her practice in the areas of setting up tax-efficient structures, undertaking international and national reorganizations and advising on Swiss real estate tax issues. Her secondment to KPMG Hong Kong allowed her to experience another work culture and develop advanced coordination skills for outbound projects. In the course of her work in Switzerland, she has also obtained various complex tax rulings from different cantonal, municipal and federal tax administrations in relation to corporate reorganizations, real estate tax and other relevant aspects.
