Pauline Turbiez is a Director on KPMG’s Digital Transformation team, advising clients on Enterprise Architecture.
She is a technology transformation leader with 12 years of experience driving digital transformation from design to implementation. Among others, Pauline leads the enterprise architecture as a strategic program manager for luxury segment clients across Switzerland. Engagement includes whole business activities segmentation, maturity assessments, and long-term roadmaps prioritized for all divisions and the program charter.
As an Enterprise architect, Pauline’s primary goal is to guide and evaluate clients on efficiently transforming their business through technology while always bringing a customer-focused approach to the project. She helps organizations streamline their operating model and makes sure business and IT are aligned so they can act efficiently and productively. Pauline advises companies from various sectors and has extensive experience in the consumer and luxury goods segment, and industrial manufacturing in Switzerland and worldwide.
