Frank has over 17 years experience in the tax area with focus on national and international corporate tax structuring as well as the financial sector.

Frank has profound knowledge in cross-border transactions, relocations and reorganizations. Further, he advises medium-sized clients as well as large organizations in connection with acquisitions, successions and compliance issues. As an experienced tax expert, Frank is responsible for various domestic and international companies located in the Berne area.
