Christoph Frey

Christoph Frey has been with KPMG since 2004 and is Head of Real Estate Tax Switzerland. His main advisory activities are in the area of real estate transactions. He advises national and international real estate companies, real estate funds, pension funds as well as investment foundations, non-profit institutions and private individuals. He has assisted in various transactions, due diligence reviews and restructuring activities in this area. 

He is in charge of the annual audit of the tax positions of various listed companies and real estate funds as well as pension funds (with national and international real estate holdings). He has also been responsible for all the real estate funds of one of the two major Swiss banks for more than ten years.

Christoph has published numerous articles in the field of real estate taxation and is active as a lecturer.
