Thomas Brotzer

Thomas Brotzer heads the Financial Services Tax team at KPMG Switzerland and is also the KPMG EMA Insurance Tax lead.

Thomas has more than 20 years of specialized experience serving some of the largest multinational banks, insurers and asset managers with his extensive knowledge in tax structuring, international tax planning, tax due diligence and tax audit. 

Prior to joining KPMG in 2021, Thomas held several leading positions in the international Big Four landscape. He also has a deep understanding of the challenges our clients face through his former role as Head of Tax for a leading Swiss insurer.
