Anette Bronder is a Partner in Management Consulting at KPMG Switzerland and KPMG Germany.

Anette is convinced that consistent digital transformation offers opportunities and potentials in almost all business areas and is the basic prerequisite for many companies in core industries to participate in new data-based business models and to break down the current growth boundaries.

As a KPMG partner, she advises CXOs and implementers on the stringent translation of business strategies into tech/digital solutions and accompanies the implementation by ensuring measurable results.

This includes the

  • digitization of business processes,
  • building new data-driven business models,
  • group-wide data governance projects,
  • agile working & the modernization of IT units,
  • the optimized use of cloud technologies

as well as the protection through necessary security measures.

As Managing Director, Group COO and Supervisory Board member in the telecommunication, insurance, technology and chemical industry, Anette has gained over 25 years of extensive experience in top-level operational management responsibility, strategy and digital transformation at listed and international companies.

She started her career in 1997 at Hewlett Packard in Consulting. She was responsible for Software Services EMEA before moving to the telecommunications industry in 2010. At Vodafone Germany and later at Vodafone Group London, Anette was responsible for the Technology Enterprise division. In 2015, she took over the management of IoT, Cloud & Security at T-Systems International. In parallel, she managed the internal Security Division of Deutsche Telekom as well as the Industry Services Healthcare, Automotive & Energy. From 2019 to the end of 2021, Anette was Group COO of Swiss Re in Zurich and from 2020 to 2023 Non-Executive Director on the Board of Air Liquide in Paris. She was also a member of the Supervisory Board of the German Research Institute for Artificial Intelligence and Ströer SE & Co KGaA.
