      Meet the hosts

      Nick Lawitzke


      Nick advises national and international clients on HR, culture, leadership and change in the context of business transformations, deals and major tech programs. With a background in psychology and management, he supports leaders and teams through complex change.

      As head of People & Change Advisory, he leads services such as HR strategy, change management, M&A HR, culture and leadership development. Nick is also part of KPMG’s global People & Change leadership network.

      Julie Currie


      Julie is a Senior Manager in People & Change Consulting with over 17 years of human capital experience, including more than a decade in HR operations and shared services. She has led global teams, delivered HR transformation programs and implemented cloud-based systems like SAP SuccessFactors.

      Her expertise spans HR target operating models, change management, process optimization, M&A integration and service delivery strategy. Julie brings deep operational know-how and works across industries including professional services, industrial manufacturing and consumer.
