Experience covers a wide range of client types, including public companies, owners, developers, managers of office, retail and residential properties, real estate opportunity funds, real estate investment trusts, private equity, government agencies, not-for-profit enterprises, lenders, foreign investors, real estate advisors, asset managers, pension funds and soveriegn wealth funds.
Advised on substantial real estate transactions and consulted on new real estate fund entities, from formation through funding, process, internal control, investor reporting, and operational infrastructure.
