Senior Manager, M&A Tax
Lydia is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s New York Mergers and Acquisitions Tax practice. Lydia has served a range of clients in the private equity and financial services industries. Lydia has experience in domestic and international tax due diligence, tax consulting, and tax structuring engagements for both private equity and strategic clients. Lydia’s current work experience includes tax due diligence, structuring advising, stock basis, and earning and profits analyses related to acquisitions, investments, and mergers.
Lydia has assisted in pre-transaction and post-transaction tax structuring advice, including addressing related issues such as acquisition debt placement, legal entity selection, and survival of tax attributes; drafting tax opinions and technical memoranda on numerous topics involving corporate issues, consolidated returns, and preparing reorganization and transaction step plans; and has lead and delivered bankruptcy and transaction costs analyses, stock basis and earning and profits analyses related to acquisitions, investments, and mergers.
Lydia completed her LL.M. in Taxation at New York University which included classes in a wide range of tax topics including corporate tax, partnership tax, and international tax.
