Angela Sanghera

Angela is a Partner in KPMG in Canada’s Operations Mergers and Acquisitions practice. Angela specializes in all people, change and culture aspects of a deal and works closely with clients across Canada and North America on integration and separation deal transactions. She is a highly experienced leader who has worked across a variety of industries and cultures on global integration and separation projects and regularly shares her experiences and insights with clients to help drive a positive employee experience. Angela has a proven track record of working with clients on large, complex deals, often across multiple geographies, advising on all aspects related to the transfer and retention of people. She has a strong track record of collaborating with clients and managing challenging legislative requirements to transition people, whilst also guiding clients through organization design, communications, change management and culture integration.  Her experience also extends to her role as an in-house HR leader, where she managed people activities associated with deal transactions and has a deep understanding of all HR processes. Having worked in industry, Angela understands the challenges clients face and enjoys sharing her own experiences to help deliver successful projects.
