Jay Gandhi

Jay is a trusted advisor and strategic leader with over 18 years of advanced leadership experience in SAP delivery, along with a demonstrated history of successfully managing large-scale SAP programs across western Canada. He has extensive experience leading, architecting, and delivering SAP projects and plays a critical role in assisting clients with the overall success and solution implementation through risk management, workforce planning and engagement oversight. 

Throughout his career, Jay has been responsible for developing both operational and technical methodologies, while working closely with the customer, sales teams, and other partners to ensure the overall success of the implementation of SAP programs, and ultimately to ensure solution adoption. He places a strong emphasis on customer success and delivery excellence in combination with a focus on maintaining employee trust and engagement. With his deep understanding of running a services delivery team, Jay has continuously managed and mitigated delivery risk as well as handled sensitive business situations through exercising sound judgement, emotional intelligence, and political awareness.

Jay has experience working in a global organization and a proven record leading virtual and cross-cultural teams, with additional security clearance to work for the Government of Canada and a TN visa to work in the United States. Originally from Calgary, Jay has lived in the Middle East and Italy in the past and spent time in Toronto before settling back in his hometown in 2022.
