Alison is a Consulting Partner in our Toronto office with over 20 years of experience leading large transformational initiatives across numerous industries. She has extensive experience that spans the M&A lifecycle, having advised clients on corporate carve-outs, Day 1 planning, TSA planning, post-merger integration, divestitures, IPOs and internal restructuring. She has a proven track record of successfully assisting client teams and executive leadership with both enhancing governance (boards and C-Suite) and value creation, focusing on the attainment of their objectives.

Alison has deep experience in the development of target operating models, synergy realization (revenue and cost savings), monitoring and reporting; specifically with regards to systems implementations, procurement savings, facility shut-down, consolidation of back-office functions, shared services and organizational restructuring.
