With 20 years of experience in Canadian and international professional services firms, Stavros helps clients with their HR function and end-to-end business transformation journeys across various industries, including energy and resources, public sector, health care, life sciences, financial services and technology.
Stavros and his team help transform HR functions by reviewing, assessing and defining target operating models, as well as designing and implementing them across people, process, technology, governance, data and service delivery models. Stavros makes a difference to clients by helping them transform their HR function into a strategic part of the business which includes helping them elevate their talent strategies to attract, develop, retain and structure the teams they need to be successful.
Besides HR transformation, Stavros’ key areas of expertise include workforce analytics and planning, organizational design, talent management, employee engagement and design, and change management. One of the biggest challenges that his team assists his clients with is the organizational need to create an adaptable workforce that effectively adopts new technologies and upskills employees to better address business demands. He is passionate about studying the impact of digital, AI, automation and robotics on the future of work for people and organizations and has presented regularly on this topic in conferences and events across Canada.
