Gordon has over 15 years of experience in large-scale operational improvement across various industries. He focuses on designing and supporting Lean Six Sigma transformation programs that reduce costs, improve performance and increase effectiveness. Among his many projects, Gordon has supported a Lean-based transformation within a financial institution, implemented a performance improvement program for the call centre operations of a large telecom client, and led hospital patient-flow transformations across 60 organizations that reduced emergency department wait times and developed staff capabilities. Prior to joining KPMG, Gordon co-founded a boutique consultancy focused exclusively on Lean process improvement, and was previously a leader within McKinsey’s North American Service Operations practice.
