We identify issues arising from complex access right structures and settings in business systems, particularly the inappropriate segregation of duties, and conflicting roles which enable fraudulent activities that may cause serious financial losses. Modern ERP systems cannot be analyzed via simple methods, due to their complex nature. Therefore, we utilize various analysis tools in our audit.
