Richard Wajs

Richard Wajs, Managing Director, Executive Sourcing is a highly experienced, fluently bilingual (English/French) executive search consultant who has an extensive professional services background. Richard has been the CEO of an executive search firm specializing in Board, C-level and senior management talent searches. Richard’s 20-plus year career in executive search has spanned across multiple industry sectors and, in particular, in professional services. 

Prior to Richard’s focus on executive talent acquisition, he was a senior officer at two of the world’s largest financial institutions and prior to that was an attorney and Partner in private practice. Richard and KPMG’s Executive Sourcing Team play a pivotal role in identifying trends and innovations, and in leveraging market data in order to competitively target Partners and Director-level individuals in order to meet our firm’s strategic executive talent requirements.
