Ziad has more than 20 years of experience serving Canadian, US and International private funds, reporting issuer mutual funds and asset managers, and their service providers. He has an extensive knowledge of the investment management industry. Ziad has significant and varied experience involving matters of financial reporting, regulatory compliance and public market offerings, and transaction related assistance.
