Ziad is a Partner with KPMG’s Financial Services practice and an integral part of the firm’s Asset Management practice. Ziad has more than 20 years of experience serving Canadian, US and International private funds, reporting issuer mutual funds and asset managers, and their service providers. He has an extensive knowledge of the investment management industry. Ziad has significant and varied experience involving matters of financial reporting, regulatory compliance and public market offerings, and transaction related assistance.
Ziad provides services to private, public and regulated entities. He has deep experience leading and contributing to audits of multinational public companies and entities listed in Canada and in multiple jurisdictions.
He is on the finance committee of the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association and was a speaker at Alternative and Private Equity Industry events.
