Rohan specializes in the areas of forensic and investigative accounting, fraudulent financial statement reporting matters, evaluation of claims against auditors and accountants, evaluation of complex commercial damages claims, class action litigation, shareholder disputes, damages resulting from breach of non-compete agreements, post-acquisition accounting disputes, complex accounting related matters, and business valuation. 

He has worked with clients in wide variety of industries, including construction, insurance, banking and financial services, retail, manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, gaming, telecommunication, technology, and professional services to name a few. 

Rohan has provided professional services in post-acquisition accounting disputes on behalf of purchasers and sellers and he has served as the neutral independent accounting expert/arbitrator.  

Rohan has prepared and completed numerous expert reports quantifying economic losses pursuant to litigation and dispute matters and business valuations.

He has been qualified as an expert in the areas of forensic and investigative accounting, assessment of economic losses and financial accounting in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice  and has given evidence in private arbitrations in the areas of shareholder disputes, damage quantification and other financial matters.
