Jean-François De Rico is a partner in the Technology Risk Consulting group. He is called upon to advise clients on the governance of information security, privacy and cyber security.

Jean-François is involved in projects such as digital transformation, technological integration, procurement risk management, security incident management and organization security enhancement projects.

He is recognized as one of the best lawyers in information technology and data protection law, according to Lexpert and Best Lawyers. Prior to joining KPMG, Jean-François was a partner in a major law firm where he practised mainly in IT law, privacy law, cybersecurity and intellectual property with companies in the financial sector, telecommunications and information technology. 

He has given numerous lectures and written several articles on privacy, cyber security and the legal framework for information technology.
