Dan is a Partner in KPMG’s Operations Mergers and Acquisitions team, bringing nearly two decades of consulting and industry experience. He specializes in driving growth for clients across diverse sectors, including banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail, energy, infrastructure, and healthcare.

Dan advises pension funds, private equity firms, and corporate clients on enhancing revenue growth throughout all stages of the transaction cycle. His areas of expertise include conducting pre-deal commercial due diligence to assess revenue growth potential and associated risks, supporting post-deal integration and separation efforts, and partnering with portfolio companies to drive top-line growth by identifying new revenue generation opportunities and enhancing customer demand. 

Dan works closely with shareholders, executives, management, and front-line teams to evaluate new market opportunities, develop robust business cases, and execute effective go-to-market strategies. His approach emphasizes driving innovation and managing change, ultimately creating significant value for clients.
