Damiano is an M&A professional with over 25 years of experience working in professional services. He has experience delivering on both buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, as well as corporate finance, strategy, and restructuring engagements. He advises public and private companies, early-stage ventures, investment dealers, private equity and venture capital funds that operate in a variety of industries including automotive, TMT, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical and healthcare. He has been involved in a wide range of Canadian, cross-border and international projects.
