Andrew is the Office Managing Partner for KPMG’s offices in Ottawa-Kanata. In this role, Andrew provides leadership to the Audit, Tax and Advisory functions and promotes client service excellence to our clients in the Ottawa-Kanata area.

Andrew has more than 28 years of experience in performing financial audits, as well as advising on transactions, operations, controls and governance matters for his clients. He served as the National Leader of the Canadian Education Practice for 10 years and was KPMG Canada's representative on the KPMG's Global Centre of Excellence for Education. 

In addition to his client work, Andrew served on the Public Sector Accounting Board of Canada for 12 years, including six in the highly visible Vice-Chair role and as the Chair of the Public Sector Accounting Discussion Group which holds discussions in a public forum.   In 2016, Andrew was named a Fellow of Chartered Professional Accountants in Ontario in recognition of his service to the Canadian education and public sectors.  

Andrew has been a featured speaker at the conferences of many organizations, including CPA Canada, Canadian Association of University Business Officers, Canadian University Boards Association and the Financial Management Institute (FMI). Andrew is a Special Advisor to the Auditor General of Canada.
