As a CPA in both Canada and the U.S., Terry has provided clients with valuable accounting and reporting advice involving business combinations and accounting implementation for over six years. • Terry’s effective problem solving abilities applies across IFRS and U.S. GAAP, and across a broad spectrum of accounting issues such as revenue recognition, business combinations, impairment assessment, leases, and the presentation of financial statements.
• Terry is a key resource for clients experiencing accounting challenges and changes, and has worked with clients in many different industries, including the Renewable Energy, Retail and Distribution, Manufacturing, Asset Management, and Media and Telecommunications industries.
• Terry is skilled in helping clients with accounting and financial reporting changes under U.S. GAAP and IFRS, including GAAP conversions under some IPO readiness projects. Terry has also led many pre- and post-deal reporting projects where he has assisted clients in resolving accounting and reporting issues through transactions.
