Nathan helps clients navigate cross border tax issues with a strong focus on estate planning, including U.S. estate and gift tax matters, investing into the U.S., moving between countries, and renouncing U.S. citizenship. Nathan is a specialist in U.S. international outbound tax law for controlled foreign corporations (CFCs) and passive foreign investment companies (PFICs).
