Nathan is a partner in our U.S. and Cross Border Tax Services practice, having specialized in cross border tax matters for over 15 years. Nathan is well known for tax planning in a cross border context involving family wealth and U.S. citizens abroad.

Nathan helps clients navigate cross border tax issues with a strong focus on estate planning, including U.S. estate and gift tax matters, investing into the U.S., moving between countries, and renouncing U.S. citizenship. Nathan is a specialist in U.S. international outbound tax law for controlled foreign corporations (CFCs) and passive foreign investment companies (PFICs).
