Kirsten is a Partner in KPMG Law's U.S. immigration practice. She has several years of experience assisting Fortune 100 companies with a wide range of US business immigration legal services.
Kirsten has successfully managed US immigration strategy and processes, including preparing and submitting applications for permanent residence, citizenship, temporary work permits and family-based immigration. She advises multinational companies and their employees on US immigration law and makes written and oral submissions to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Board of Immigration Appeals and US consulates worldwide. Kirsten has extensive experience with Program Electronic Management Review System (PERM) applications and has spoken at national immigration conferences on the subject.
Prior to joining KPMG Law, Kirsten worked at another Canadian law firm where she provided strategic advice to the tech industry.
