Eric is a senior associate with KPMG Law in Vancouver, practicing privacy, labour, and employment law. He has experience advising companies across a range of industries, including in the healthcare, transportation and technology sectors. At KPMG, Eric has advised clients on workplace issues including overtime, wrongful dismissal risk, and vacation pay. He has also drafted employment agreements and other workplace policies. Eric also provides legal advice and analysis as part of KPMG teams on a variety of projects, including helping clients adopt Generative AI in the workplace, and developing supply chain risk assessments related to modern slavery.
