Suki brings over 14 years of experience in advising clients across a broad range of industry sectors with a focus on Integration, Separation and Joint Ventures. She has led over 200 transactions and advised on many of the largest and most complex global mergers & acquisitions for both Private Equity and corporate clients.

Since joining KPMG in 2010, Suki has helped to grow the Ops M&A practice with specialized services including: Operations Due Diligence, IT M&A, HR M&A, Value Enhancement and New Platform Setup support. 

 As the National Ops M&A leader, Suki is focused on strengthening KPMG’s position as the #1 trusted M&A advisor in Canada and is focused on delivering innovative and comprehensive solutions to clients across the whole lifecycle of the deal and beyond.
