With the complexity of supply chains increasing and transformation of customs administrations around the world, Kenn helps companies navigate importing and exporting. Kenn has assisted companies in multiple industries, including automotive, food and beverage, consumer goods, technology, life sciences and industrial products. Prior to joining KPMG as a partner, Kenn established a customs consulting practice serving mid-market companies in Canada.
Kenn is known for his extensive knowledge of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) operations, with years of experience supporting audit processes, including defence of a multi-million-dollar audit assessment. He has also managed cases before the Canadian International Trade. Ken has wide-ranging experience in other areas of Trade & Customs, including compliance processes and cross border GST/HST and VAT advice. He leads the Trade & Customs Recovery practice for in Drawbacks, Remission and Recovery.
Ken’s multi-disciplinary experience enables him to serve his clients’ broad requirements in international trade, supply chain considerations and customs reporting obligations.
