Ross Homeniuk is a Partner with KPMG's Global Infrastructure Advisory, and leads its Canadian Asset and Operations Management practice, guiding the firm's efforts and capability in this important and growing field.
With nearly a quarter century of experience, Ross advises governments, utilities and private companies in strengthening the planning, management and operation of physical assets to enhance their value and effectiveness as strategic business tools. Within this infrastructure context, bringing together business and technical principles with leading practice and support technologies, Ross helps organizations to better target investments, strengthen and streamline operations, and improve the consistency, transparency and defensibility of key plans and strategies - ultimately improving the quality and effectiveness of decisions being made.
Since joining the firm in 2014, Ross has established KPMG as an infrastructure asset and operations management innovator and thought leader, helping to shape the field’s direction and leading practice nationally. He is an active member of the Canadian infrastructure community and promotes responsible and sustainable whole-life asset planning and management through industry involvement, and by serving as a regular advisor and contributor to several industry groups and publications.
