Jana Hanova

Jana is an accomplished ESG and sustainability leader with 20 years of ESG Strategy, Decarbonization and Operational Transformation experience. She focuses on the energy, natural resources, manufacturing, agriculture, and other sectors to identify ESG initiatives that are of high value to our clients, and to translate sustainability aspirations into positive impacts for organizations, their people and the communities in which they operate.

She helps companies identify the highest impact ESG initiatives, create strategies and action plans around them, and assists in launching successful projects that drive value. Jana is an Environmental Scientist who cares deeply about helping companies do the right thing from an environmental, social and governance perspective - whether it’s reducing water impact, raising the bar on social performance of internal operations and external impacts or putting guard rails in place to increase ethical practices of global operations. 

She helps organizations increase transparency and traceability of supplier and product ecosystems, gain increased alignment with biodiversity and nature-based solutions or increase the resilience and adaptation to a rapidly evolving world.
