François Gaudreau

François is a Partner in the KPMG Advisory Services practice, leading the generative AI and Intelligent Automation practice in Montreal. With over 17 years of consulting and management experience, François specializes in bridging the gap between business and technology, spearheading projects that leverage AI and intelligent automation to create unprecedented value. François and his team leverage high performance operating models to define where a client should be, and then build a heat map and a roadmap to help them get there. 

Having overseen the strategy, solutioning, and delivery of data and AI initiatives for numerous enterprise clients, he is dedicated to forging strategic alliances and establishing centers of excellence to advance the adoption and impact of AI-driven solutions in the Canadian market. François makes a difference to clients by helping them understand how they can leverage the latest technology to be more efficient in the short term, without accumulating technology debt for the future.

François has experience managing various IT and business initiatives of various portfolio sizes across a variety of industries, including transportation, information technology, insurance (P&C and L&H), banking, products, mining and utilities.
