Toni Dilli is an Audit partner within our Manufacturing, Transportation and Distribution practice in Montreal, he has more than 20 years of experience in auditing large multi-national companies in that sector. Toni leads the transportation group for the Quebec region, he is part of the National and global Transportation team for KPMG and also is a member of KPMG National Forestry group.
Toni has spent the majority of his career working on cross-border SEC clients that report in U.S. GAAP and IFRS. He has experience auditing the financial statements of both public and private clients that report in U.S. GAAP, IFRS and Canadian (ASPE). He has extensive experience with multi-national companies dealing in many countries and jurisdictions and he has the highest level of accreditation to serve SEC as well as PCAOB clients.
Toni has led several teams in large transformation projects providing a team that helped management transition through a change in the organization or a major acquisition. He has also been involved in many business acquisitions, due diligence projects and purchase price allocations for his clients providing audit as well as non-audit services.
In addition, Toni is a Quality Control Reviewer and Securities Partner on several listed entities for our Montreal office serving Canadian and SEC clients. He is also a member of our national Technical Topic Team of professionals who specialize in accounting for income taxes and pension accounting.
