Nancy Chase serves as KPMG International’s Global Leader for Risk Services and as the National Leader for Risk Services in Canada. She oversees the strategic vision and priorities for the Forensics, Cyber, Technology Risk, Financial Risk Management, and Governance, Risk and Compliance service lines.
With over 25 years of experience, Nancy has led the provision of IPO readiness, SOX 404 compliance, enterprise risk management, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), and internal control advisory services. She primarily supports high-tech and high-growth clients, including many of Canada’s largest tech and fintech companies during their pre- and post-IPO processes and global expansions, as well as several global tech and consumer businesses and federal Crown entities. Nancy also has significant depth in providing enterprise risk management, internal audit, and governance advisory services to the public sector, particularly in federal Crown corporations.
From 2023 to 2024, Nancy served on KPMG’s Global Digital Steering Committee, where she contributed to shaping the firm’s global technology blueprint and investments, including initiatives related to generative AI.
