Alain Bessette has over 29 years of experience in private and public company auditing. Most of his clients are rapidly growing entities across a wide range of industries.

He has solid experience spanning decades in the manufacturing, physical and online retail, mining, hospitality, leisure, real estate and high tech industries, as well as with charitable organizations. Having served several clients in a broad range of industries, Alain ably understands the economic dynamics of each, which he can share with you.

He is audit or review engagement partner for numerous Canadian and U.S. public and private companies. Alain has extensive audit experience with companies with subsidiaries in the U.S., Europe and beyond. He works regularly with international teams, including KPMG offices around the world. He is accredited to serve companies under international auditing standards, U.S. GAAS and the PCAOB.

Alain also consults in various industries and has also advised several companies on improving financial business processes and special engagements. He assisted some private companies in becoming listed companies through reverse takeovers and initial public offerings.
