Ian Wood

Ian has over 21 years of corporate finance experience with a focus on M&A in the energy sector. Ian advises clients on deals right across the energy transition, including renewable energy, flexible generation, carbon capture and storage and hydrogen. He is experienced across a broad spectrum of corporate finance deals in the energy sector, such as advising shareholders on exiting operating businesses, debt and equity capital raises, through to acquiring portfolios of assets. In recent years, his clients have included Viridor, JP Morgan Asset Management, GLIL Infrastructure, Arjun Infrastructure Partners, and HYCAP as well as many independent energy businesses.
