Prior to signing, Rosie provides clients with price structuring advice, drafting support and negotiation support, working to achieve robustly drafted agreements which protect deal value and reduce the risk of dispute.
After the SPA has been signed, Rosie continues to support clients through the completion accounts and/or earn-out process, providing insights into how to present or challenge the accounts, which comes from an in-depth understanding of the completion accounts and earn-out processes. In instances where disputes arise, Rosie provides tactical and negotiation support to clients, with the aim to achieve the best price under, what can be, strained environments.
Prior to joining the SPA Advisory team, Rosie spent six years in audit practice, managing a portfolio of clients across a broad spectrum of sectors.
