Marc is a partner based in the Nottingham office and as well as being the Office Senior Partner he also leads our tax practice across the East Midlands.

As a tax partner, Marc has 25 years’ experience in providing tax related services to many of the region’s owner managed businesses, private equity backed businesses, listed entities and multinational enterprises, together with the individuals and entrepreneurs behind them. Marc has a specialism around transactional taxes, having advised across a range of acquisition, sale, private equity, refinancing and IPO transactions.
