Adrian is a senior partner in KPMG’s global consulting practice .He is a visionary global digital transformation and AI leader, working with the leadership teams of the largest and most strategic KPMG clients globally to help them to develop new value creation strategies to drive growth and efficiency and enterprise agility, through the deployment of modern digital and AI technologies at scale. He is a globally recognised leader in developing and delivering enterprise-wide transformation of businesses and public sector organizations through deploying the latest technology and the transformation of business models, operating models, workforces and skills. Adrian is the lead author of a series of ‘intelligent industries’ global thought-leadership papers on the future of businesses in the ‘intelligent economy’.

- Sponsors a workforce shaping and skills redesign global service recently launched by KPMG.
- Funds KPMG Trusted AI framework, which provides for responsible AI development and management.
- Consults with government leaders in many countries on the development of ‘sovereign AI’ strategies and delivery plans.
- Develops partnerships and technology alliances with venture funds, private equity funds and sovereign wealth funds.
- Works in partnership with KPMG’s Microsoft global alliance team to create a set of sector-specific, AI-enabled ‘value streams’.
- Works in partnership with KPMG’s ServiceNow global alliance team to create a set of sector-specific, AI-enabled ‘corporate services’.
- Led the digital transformation of a global commercial insurer.
- Led the digital transformation of the UK’s ‘leading digital bank’.
- Led the digital transformation of a major central government department, with a new ‘service oriented’ operating models.
- Led the customer-centric transformation of one of the world’s largest airports.
- Led the creation of a global transformation set of services for KPMG, generating revenues of over $1.5Bn per annum.
