Developing human capital, crafting robust learning strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous learning are now pivotal for every learning and development (L&D) professional.

The Future Learning and Development Leader Programme is meticulously designed to help L&D professionals build core competencies, enhance strategic acumen, and develop continuous improvement insight, enabling them to craft a roadmap to lead L&D functions.

Majority of his experience is in financial services, telecom, retail and Ed tech industries in India, US, UK, Indonesia and South Africa
