    KPMG in India helped to conceptualise, design, develop and implement among the first-of-its-kind city-wide integrated health management system.

    With an objective to provide universal health coverage to all, KPMG in India assisted a state government sponsored health insurance scheme to migrate entire application suite to cloud for Below Poverty Line (BPL), Above Poverty Line (APL) families amongst others. Support enhancement implementation and business process re-engineering of the existing processes to make the insurance and claim processes user-friendly and time bound.

    KPMG in India assisted a State Insurance and Provident fund department in creating a digital insurance platform to provide cashless medical treatment and medicine services to all government dignitaries and beneficiaries. This resulted in reduced response time, cashless transaction, real time services and effective governance.
