This session examines the roadmap for scaling India’s prefab sector from niche adoption to mainstream implementation. Discussions will cover market growth projections, expansion beyond metropolitan centres into tier-2 and tier-3 cities and the role of government programmes such as PMAY Phase 2, Smart Cities Mission, GHTC and the National Infrastructure Pipeline in driving adoption. The session will also explore policy and regulatory reforms, investment opportunities from domestic and international capital, expansion across industrial assets including warehouses and data centres and the growing role of BIM, robotics and AI-enabled manufacturing in modern construction.
