Business Tax Services

The Business Tax Services team provides a full range of tax compliance and allied services to corporates, partnerships, trusts and exempt organizations. We drive business value by focusing on quality, technology, efficiency, economies of scale and optimization.

Tax Technology

Tax technology is a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, proficient in both tax and technology innovation, responsible for developing, delivering and supporting software applications for KPMG's Tax clients and Tax professionals across the globe.

Indirect Tax

The Indirect Tax team offers value-add services related to Indirect Tax Compliance. The team also supports clients with notice research and solutions, business registration and renewal, state income tax amendment and exemption certificate support.

Transfer Pricing

The KGS Transfer Pricing (TP) team consists of a diversified group of experienced economists, postgraduates and tax professionals with considerable international transfer pricing experience in client-facing roles as well as working with offshore delivery centers. The team works with the global KPMG firms to deliver TP engagements for clients as an extension of their teams.

Program Management Office (PMO)

The PMO team provides a unique blend of program management and transformation to enable improvement during project cycles. The team delivers end-to-end program and project management services comprising program management, schedule management, financial management and analysis. They also provide billing support, compliance support, documentation, workshop management and facilitation, methodology support and template management.

Valuation Services

Our valuation professionals provide a wide range of services, including valuations of business enterprises, intangible assets, real estate, personal property and derivative securities especially related to mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting (IFRS and US GAAP), restructuring and tax planning/disputes.
