Driving innovation and cloud transformation with Oracle

This appointment underscores KPMG firms’ commitment to delivering leading technology solutions and driving business success through a long-standing global relationship with Oracle. In this new role, Susanna will help to drive results for organizations embarking on an Oracle-enabled cloud transformation journey, aiming to increase value, drive sustainable change, and accelerate innovation leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Cloud Applications, and Oracle Industry Solutions.

Under Susanna’s leadership, KPMG recently established an Oracle EMA Hub, which is intended to drive business and cloud transformation in the Europe, Middle East & Africa region, marking an important milestone in the journey to collaborate with Oracle around the world. This investment assists KPMG firms with the expansion of their Oracle-enabled business in the region. The Hub is designed to foster the growth and incubation of new Oracle capabilities, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Industry Applications, as well as supporting KPMG professionals in the delivery of Oracle-enabled client projects and encouraging collaboration with Oracle counterparts in the region to drive innovation.

The KPMG and Oracle relationship has helped multiple clients unlock value from transformation. KPMG in the US recently helped a leading global quick service restaurant make the difference for its highest-quality asset—its people—by deploying a significant HR technology upgrade powered by Oracle’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system. By streamlining HR processes and leveraging advanced analytics, the client optimized its workforce management and drove operational excellence.
