KPMG International appoints Isabelle Allen as Global Head of Consumer & Retail

KPMG International today announced that Isabelle Allen has been selected as the next Global Head of Consumer & Retail, effective January 1, 2022.

Throughout her career, Isabelle has been passionate about the consumer and retail sector, innovation and understanding and promoting exceptional client service. She has also been involved with and supported a number of organizations and initiatives focused on advancing diversity across the workplace.

Prior to taking this role, Isabelle served as a member of KPMG International’s Global Management Team as the Global Head of Clients & Markets, before returning to work full-time with both audit and non-audit flagship clients in the sector on completion of her tenure.

The last year has highlighted the challenges of operating complex supply chains and the imperative of digital transformation. It has also shown the tremendous potential for those companies that have a clear value proposition and truly understand their customers. KPMG professionals have a unique opportunity to support their clients in the sector, from global brands to local players, to live up to their ESG commitments. This is both genuinely empowering as well as a big responsibility and I am looking forward to working with organizations from across the sector to realize their growth ambitions in a sustainable, conscientious and transparent way.
