Nikki has more than 25 years of finance transformation experience across a variety of sectors, including consumer products and retail, energy, federal and local government, property development and infrastructure, and healthcare.

Nikki currently leads the Finance Transformation Center of Excellence and KPMG Australia’s Finance Transformation practice. She is passionate and focused on working with CFOs to enhance their finance functions by helping to improve the processes, tools and technologies, skills and capabilities to drive and support decision-making, and enable effective and efficient cost control and compliance. 

Nikki has previously led strategic and operational finance teams in senior leadership roles in several global organizations undergoing significant change and pursuing ambitious growth agendas. Nikki has worked in the UK, US, Middle East, and Asia.
