Lucia is a director in FS Consulting with over 20 years’ experience in the Insurance industry as a life insurance actuary. In this time she has worked across first and second line functions supporting teams through regulatory change and evolution. She has worked closely with a number of firms on their Recovery and Resolution plans and has spoken at the Institute of Actuaries in 2021 on the future of resilience planning for the insurance industry.
